The work was never really about the technology. It was about empathy: turning the frustrations of real users into clear requirements, and aligning stakeholders around a shared vision everyone could believe in.

The moment that sharpened my focus came while leading a digital credit disbursement platform that now facilitates over $1 million in monthly disbursements. Watching real people access capital that changed their outcomes made the abstract very concrete. It taught me that the best products are not just functional; they are consequential.

Today I operate where strategy, delivery, and AI engineering meet. I am drawn to the "why" behind every product, and I bring a no-code and AI-first lens to removing friction at scale.
